Single Digits Announces Strategic Partnership With Superloop & Acquires HSIA Division of GX2 Key Sales, Support and Engineering Staff Join the Ranks.
Single Digits, Inc. announced today a strategic partnership with Australia-based Internet network solution provider Superloop, along with the acquisition of Superloop’s North American & European assets—formerly serviced by Superloop subsidiary GX2. Single Digits and Superloop will also join forces in the Asia Pacific region.
BEDFORD, N.H. (PRWEB) January 16, 2019 — The partnership brings together Superloop’s broad connectivity and network strengths with Single Digits’ hospitality, MDU and student housing network management software and services to deliver an unparalleled end-to-end Internet solution to customers throughout the Asia Pacific metro areas served by Superloop. “Single Digits’ hospitality-focused Wi-Fi software and managed services will help deliver a premium in-building solution to the marquee US based hotel brands within our service areas,” explains Superloop CEO Drew Kelton.
Customer accounts will be serviced by two, in‐house, state‐of‐the‐arctall centers in North America with a large, agile support staff ready to provide 24/7/365 customer service. Single Digits CEO Bob Goldstein added, “We can already see how Superloop’s bandwidth and engineering teams are adding strength to our portfolio of services.”
Single Digits acquisition of Superloop’s subsidiary GX2 HSIA service networks and contracts in North America and Europe was completed on December 31, 2018. “Our customers always come first,” explained Sam Beskur, founder and CTO of GX2. “We were looking for a partner that could assure no changes to our customers’ contract terms, monthly fees or service agreements. Single Digits shares a very similar philosophy with regards to how we operate and offer scope and scalability to better service the GX2 customer base. We couldn’t be happier.”
Single Digits looks forward to providing the rock-solid reliability and best-in-class customer service that GX2 customers had grown accustomed to. “Customers will experience a seamless transition as we’ve already begun welcoming aboard the GX2 team—along with new marquee hotels and our expansion into new markets,” says Steve Singlar, President of Single Digits. “The team’s talent and expertise was a major factor in the acquisition.”
Single Digits was recently acquired by GI Partners, a leading private equity firm. This is the first acquisition under GI Partners’ ownership.
