The Aruba Atmosphere 2018 APAC Conference in Bangkok Thailand brings some 2,000 delegates from across Asia Pacific to learn, collaborate and influence the direction of Aruba products in the areas of enterprise-grade wireless, wired, security, location and branch services.

With technology changing so rapidly, this is the place to experience their technical vision.

There were 2 highlights that stood out, one was a presentation by 14 year old Tanmay Bakshi who is an algorithm-ist specialising in neural-network architecture, a published author, AI keynote, TED speaker and Visiting Faculty member at Grad Valley Data Science.

Highly recommend if you have not come across this amazing young talent, jump onto his bio.

Secondly was the Women in Tech luncheon hosted by Janice Le, Chief Marketing Officer and Kathy Winters, VP of Human Resource both from Aruba.

They were joined by leading female innovators, who are also key customers and partners, to share as well as gain insights from the audience as to the challenges and opportunities, the joy and pain-points encountered through the progression in the career paths being in a predominantly male-dominated industry.
