British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) is the only organisation established exclusively to serve and represent the interests of the parks industry in the UK. With more than 2,700 parks listed, membership is made up of the owners and managers of park home estates, touring and tenting parks, caravan holiday home parks, chalet parks and all types of self-catering accommodation.
BH&HPA advises members on all aspects of park management, through advice services, publications, seminars, an authoritative Journal, website and an annual conference and exhibition. With their strategy being directed to park owners and managers to provide services tailored to the needs of the industry.
At a recent members meeting, GX2 were approached to address the members to discuss the benefits of offering secure, fast and reliable WiFi. With the increasing number of devices being carried by the average travelling family, the association is keen to review similar technology to that of hotels, hostels and luxury lodges so as to upgrade the user experience and consolidate repeat business.
