Just in time for ski season, Breckenridge Grand Vacations brought in GX2 to take over the management and support for the Wi-Fi network at The Grand Lodge at Peak 7 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort in Colorado.
After a successful year of GX2 managing the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, BGV asked GX2 to improve the Wi-Fi support for the Grand Lodge. The Grand Lodge is a full-service luxury, ski-in ski-out resort with condo style suites with up to 4-bedroom units located at the base of Peak 7.
Scott Britz, IT Operations Manager said “BVG selected GX2 to take over another property because of the strong partnership and collaborative support we have received this past year. Our team works very closely with GX2’s support team. GX2 is like an extension of our IT staff. It’s easier to call GX2 than to do it ourselves.” GX2 works closely with BGV to provide access to the networking equipment to make changes without having to jump through hoops or have extra charges. This was not easy with their previous provider. “Grand Colorado resort is our quietest site,” commented Britz. “GX2 was an obvious choice for the Grand Lodge.”
